Session Description
Leveraging the SCARF Model (NeuroLeadership Institute) in group coaching sessions can create powerful connections among groups members and with the Coach. During the session, we will break down each facet of the SCARF model and how Coaches can leverage it to motivate participation, create lasting and meaningful connections during and post session, and sharpen an openness to learning with one another to achieve and surpass the desired outcomes of the session. For each facet of the SCARF Model, Ronald will provide a quick exercise that can be performed at different portions of the group session to maintain connection and interactivity regardless of the topic.
