What happens when you combine curiosity, characters, and cross-functional collaboration? You get Mastermind: A group coaching experience that helps people ask better questions, connect across silos, and lead with inclusivity.
In this session, an internal leader and external partner share how they co-created and scaled a character-driven coaching program inside a dynamic organization. Built on the âCuriosity Cast,â Mastermind uses fictional personas to spark new ways of thinking, learning, and leading.
You'll hear how the program integrated into systems like manager toolkits and ERGs, was piloted modularly to meet teams where they are, and came to life through workshops that created buzz and momentum. Most of all, weâll explore how internal-external partnerships can drive culture changeâone curious question at a time.
