Karen Palmer is an executive coach who helps leaders get unstuck, reinvent their careers, and learn to speak powerfully to thrive in a rapidly changing world. She partners with clients to support them in developing their professional vision, increasing their capacity to motivate their teams, and navigating transitions with resilience.
Karen worked for over 20 years as an assignment editor, producer, and senior producer at CBS News, CNN, and MSNBC. She has also collaborated with organizations including the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Human Rights Watch, and the New York Womenâs Foundation as a coach, media trainer, event producer, and public speaking consultant.
Karenâs unique background in corporate, nonprofit, and advocacy work led to her recruitment as the founding director of operations for a public charter school in New York City, and then into private practice, coaching and training school leaders and teams across the city and in New York State.
