Tuesday, October 28, 2025 |Ā 10:15 AM - 11:30 AM EST
Traditional coaching and facilitation models often overlook the invisible barriers to participation participants may face as a result of trauma, chronic stress, and lived experiences. In addition, many learning and coaching environments actually activate stress responses, making it harder for individuals to fully engage, retain information, and contribute meaningfully.
In this interactive, highly experiential session, we will explore the intersection of trauma, stress, and coaching while equipping participants with trauma-informed approaches that foster psychological safety, inclusion, and deeper engagement in professional, learning, and community spaces. We will also explore strategies for cultivating group coaching spaces that support healing for people who have experienced or who are experiencing trauma.
