In this session we will explore the importance of ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and supervision for group coaches working internally in organizations.
We start with the definition and functions of coaching supervision, a look at the value and benefits of coaching supervision and discuss why internal coaches working with groups may especially benefit from engaging in supervision.Ā
We locate supervision in the context of broader initiatives to ensure internal group coaches are well-equipped to handle the complexities of their role. In 2018 she received the European Mentoring & Coaching Council Coaching Supervision award. In addition to qualifications in law, strategy, corporate finance and change management, Angela holds a MS in Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney) and graduate qualifications in Coaching Supervision (Oxford Brookes University), Team Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching), Organizational Effectiveness (New York University) and Adult Development (Harvard University).Ā Her PhD research focuses on how organizational leaders and coaches remain āfit for purposeā in a complex and ever-changing context.Ā

Sarah is an organizational psychologist with over 20 yearsā experience consulting to organizations ranging from corporates, professional services firms, to small businesses and startups and non-profits.Ā Sheās worked with tens of thousands of clients in over 20 countries and has lived in the UK and the U.S., where she is currently based.Ā Sarah holds an MSc Organizational Psychology, BSc (Hons) Psychology and post-graduate certificates in Coaching Supervision and Team Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching. Ā Sarah is certified to use various psychometric assessments including Lumina Spark and is a certified Action Learning Coach. In addition to her work with clients, Sarah teaches coaching supervision and coaching skills and has published academic and practitioner articles on topics related to coaching, leadership development, team development and coaching supervision.Ā
